These back packs are printed and shipped from China, because of this I am unable to add any personal touches to your packaging - This helps to save on shipping and product costs.

SHIPPING
Packaged in poly-mailers for safe shipping 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Make sure all items are removed from bag.
Pre-treat visible stains with stain remover
Mix together warm water and detergent and clean bag with a cloth or soft bristle brush.
Air dry.
